I am a huge Tina Turner fan. Actually, watching her Rio concert on HBO when I was a child is what made me want to become a singer/performer. So, I hope you enjoy this throwback as much as I do. Staying alive in 1985, Tina Turner’s “We Don’t Need Another Hero.”

So, this throwback post was inspired by Saturday Night Live’s Weekend Update (which had Daryl Hall and John Oates impersonators divided over which candidate to vote for). While their skit was funny, I enjoy the real thing even more. I hope you do too.
